Charity

For every £1 we receive, we spend 88p on our activities to benefit children, 11p to raise the next £1 and 1p on governance and other costs.

Save the Children teams do whatever it takes to reach children in desperate need.  They deliver life-saving food, water, healthcare, protection and education; overseas and in the UK.

Since volunteering at our Wimbledon Village branch, I have met so many diverse interesting people.  Knowing that every penny counts makes the effort of trying to raise our profile so much more fulfilling.

Do come in to look, donate, have a chat, and maybe even volunteer for a few hours yourself a week?!  We have 19 branches;

Barnes
Blackheath
Chiswick
Ealing
East Dulwich
Edinburgh
Fulham
Hampstead
Highgate Village
Islington
Little Venice
Parsons Green
Pinner
Portobello
Primrose Hill
Richmond
Teddington
Westbourne Grove
Wimbledon Village

We aspire to reach our goal of helping and providing a safe, healthy world for children all over the world including the UK.
